Johnson & Johnson Insurance seeks a self-motivated Marketing Representative to cover Upstate New York (Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo). You will build relationships with independent agents, promote Johnson & Johnson products, and work toward regional sales goals.

Responsibilities include agency management, account development, presenting products, and meeting weekly travel targets; travel and scheduling across the territory with a focus on growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• RMI degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Active insurance license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Agency management for Upstate NY territory including appointments and recommendations.
• Market products and services to independent agents in the region.
• Sell Personal and Commercial Lines insurance products.
• Discuss Premium Financing (JJPF) offerings with clients.
• Develop existing agency relationships and expand market share.
• Travel to agencies and maintain 16 visits weekly or as assigned.
