Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Insurance seeks an Education and Sales Liaison to support appointed independent agents across the South Central/Dallas area. The role involves educating agents on J&J and USLI web tools, sharing product information, and developing targeted sales strategies to drive product adoption.

The position requires extensive travel, minimum 20 agency visits weekly, and close coordination with Territory Managers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Property-Casualty industry and USLI products.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted USLI product list and present during agency visits.
• Conduct Web Training for agents/CSRs on USLI products and JJ tools.
• Assist CSRs and agents with questions and route to the right contact.
• Create weekly travel plan to achieve 20 agency visits per week.
• Interact with Territory Managers and Sales staff to identify opportunities.
• Update a weekly dashboard report with sales data.
