Responsibilities

• Develop targeted USLI products and present during agency visits to promote usage.
• Conduct Web Training for Agents & CSR on USLI products, other J&J products, and related tools.
• Assist CSRs and agents by directing questions to the correct contact within JJ.
• Develop weekly travel plan to achieve 20 agency visits per week.
• Interact with Territory Managers, Marketing Reps, and Production Supervisors to identify sales opportunities.
• Update a weekly dashboard report with sales data and present findings weekly or bi-weekly.
• Use USLI training tools to train agency reps on JJWeb tools and sales calls.
• Provide feedback for Web Products Sales Sheet development and revisions.
• Maintain all education requirements as set by management.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company auto insurance.
