Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and have good general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a timely, professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately, enter into the system, and own the ordering process from receipt to fulfillment.
• Proactively communicate order status, shipping details, and any issues or delays to customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products based on needs.
• Resolve customer questions and issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
