• Upsell specials, meals, appetizers, and beverages; answer guest questions.
• Relay orders to kitchen/bar following established procedures.
• Monitor guests to fulfill additional requests.
• Ensure proper cash handling and bill presentation; prepare Bills per hotel standards.
