You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accuracy while providing a welcoming atmosphere. The role supports high-energy service with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in a full-service, fast paced restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
• Relay accurate orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Ensure orders are accurate before delivering to guests.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
