Job summary

Whiskey Joe's Manatee is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to warmly greet guests, escort them to tables, and help ensure an excellent dining experience. You will manage seating charts, answer calls, take reservations, and coordinate with servers and managers to maintain a positive flow.

The role requires strong communication, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Full-time position with weekend and holiday availability; competitive hourly pay and benefits

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Manage the seating chart and efficiently seat guests while balancing preferences.
• Provide accurate wait times and ensure guests are comfortable during their wait.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the guest list.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and entryway.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including helping with special events.
