Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a grill line cook.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the kitchen team to prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area compliant with Health Department standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented attractively.
• Assist with preparation of ingredients and future meals.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to kitchen management.
• Handle and store food items to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Adhere to portion control standards and minimize waste; assist in training junior kitchen staff.
