Job summary

Whiskey Joe's in Florida seeks an experienced bartender to craft cocktails and serve guests with precision and flair in a beachside setting. You will demonstrate whiskey knowledge, engage guests professionally, and help maintain bar cleanliness and inventory while delivering a memorable experience.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a high-volume bar, enjoy fast-paced environments, and hold a TIPS certification if possible.

Qualifications

2+ years of bartender experience in a high-volume establishment.
Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
Engage with guests professionally to ensure a memorable experience.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey origins, flavors, and pairings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and manage supplies.
