Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Room Attendant to provide friendly, courteous service and maintain clean, well-stocked guest rooms in our Virginia property. You will follow standard procedures, support safety protocols, and collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to meet guest expectations.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, previous hotel or casino experience preferred, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Casino/Hotel experience preferred.
• Experience within an upscale hotel preferred.
• Prior experience as a Room Attendant preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality service levels and work well with others.
• Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to plan, organize, and complete work independently.
• Able to get along with coworkers and show strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms according to department guidelines.
• Complete turn down service as assigned.
• Obtain cleaning supplies from supply room and run errands as needed.
• Handle keys and room assignments per shift.
• Maintain hallways and common areas and report safety issues.
• Restock and replace amenities and linens.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Adhere to company policies and complete tasks on time.
