Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items per Ironwood recipes and ticket times.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked station.
• Cook steaks, proteins, sides and other menu items to the proper temperature and specification.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, managers and fellow kitchen team members.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation and proper food-handling procedures.
• Assist with prep work, receiving, storage and kitchen cleaning as needed.
• Maintain consistency and quality throughout every service.
• Work efficiently while supporting the entire culinary team.
