Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Spa Receptionist to join a premier property in Phoenix. This part-time role focuses on efficient appointment scheduling, guest check-in/out, and supporting retail sales within a luxury spa environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of upscale customer service, experience with reservation systems (Book4Time preferred), and a professional appearance. CPR/food handler credentials are a plus. Work hours 8am-7pm, some weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service in an upscale guest-facing environment.
• Experience with retail sales and upselling is highly preferred.
• Experience using a reservation system such as Book4Time is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments efficiently.
• Check guests in and out.
• Assist with retail sales.
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments and facilities.
• Attend pre-shift and department meetings.
• Ensure safety and incident prevention.
