Job summary

Ida Claire in Dallas, TX is seeking friendly servers to deliver Southern-inspired hospitality in a high-volume, upscale setting. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure timely service with accuracy and warmth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Current Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications, or ability to obtain.
• Experience in high-volume, upscale or full-service restaurants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
• Enter all food and beverage orders into the POS system accurately.
• Maintain proper uniform standards at all times.
• Accurately enter orders and process transactions at the POS.
• Stock and replenish service stations as needed and keep areas clean.
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
