Ida Claire is seeking enthusiastic servers for its Southern-inspired dining room in Dallas. The Server will provide friendly, knowledgeable service for food and beverage in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Responsibilities include accurate orders in the POS, maintaining clean stations, and offering beverage and menu recommendations to guests. Training on wine, beer, and cocktails is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the team.

Competenze

• English communication skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Current Food Handler certification and Responsible Alcohol Service certification, or ability to obtain.

Mansioni

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
• Enter all food and beverage orders into the restaurant's POS system.
• Stock and replenish service stations and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist guests with menu questions and recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and beverages, including wine and beer.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver, plate, and remove food and drinks at tables.
• Pre-bus and maintain tables throughout shifts.
• Communicate guest concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Work with the team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
