Mainstreet Ventures Restaurant Group is hiring a Sous Chef at One Prime in downtown Madison, looking for a strong kitchen leader to oversee back-of-house operations and support the restaurant management team.

This Heart of House role prefers Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience; 2+ years in full-service kitchen management and a minimum age of 21 are required, with competitive benefits including PTO, medical/dental, meal benefits and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of current full service restaurant kitchen manager experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• In this KM role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management team.
• Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this Heart of House role.
