Responsibilities

• Support the leadership of the Executive Chef to ensure core values are demonstrated daily.
• Help develop hourly team members and promote internal growth.
• Effectively manage financials.
• Understand and adhere to all food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes.
• Assist the Executive Chef with the back-of-house schedule to ensure proper coverage.
