Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead BOH operations in a $5M+ annual revenue restaurant.
• Coach, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Maintain accountability around kitchen standards, food safety, and sanitation.
• Partner with Executive Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
• Effectively manage food and labor costs, inventory, and scheduling.

Responsibilities
