Qualifications

• 1–2 years of server experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants.
• Italian or Mediterranean-inspired restaurant experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails, with ability to recommend pairings.
• Experience with high standards of service and handling dietary restrictions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, setting a welcoming tone for the dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Ensure timely delivery of dishes with attention to presentation and temperature.
• Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions with clear kitchen communication.
• Suggest wine pairings and daily specials to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold cleaning and maintenance standards and address guest concerns professionally.
