Qualifications

• 1–2 years of upscale-casual or high-volume serving experience.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza service is a strong plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, energetic environment and handle dietary requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through a personalized, attentive dining experience
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and craft cocktail offerings
• Handle guest concerns with poise, professionalism, and urgency
• Ensure a clean and organized section and assist in dining room upkeep
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Uphold Max Hospitality standards in every guest interaction
