Greet guests, take and deliver orders, maintain menu knowledge, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. 1–2 years of serving experience is preferred; familiarity with Italian cuisine and wood-fired

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of serving experience in an upscale-casual or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza service is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, energetic environment.
• Experience handling dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through a personalized, attentive dining experience.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and craft cocktail offerings.
• Handle guest concerns with poise, professionalism, and urgency.
• Ensure a clean and organized section and assist in general dining room upkeep.
