Qualifications

• 1–2 years of server experience in fine dining or upscale-casual.
• Experience in Italian or Mediterranean-inspired restaurants is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails; ability to recommend pairings.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Ensure all orders are delivered to guests to high standards of presentation, taste, and temperature.
• Handle special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions with clear kitchen communication.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and wine pairings and daily specials.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables for new guests.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management for smooth service.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
