Marbled & Fin, part of The Neighborhood Dining Group, is seeking an experienced Server for a fast-paced upscale dining setting in the United States. Join a team that values hospitality, attention to detail, and a polished professional demeanor.

You will greet guests, explain menu highlights, guide beverage and cuisine selections, and ensure a memorable dining experience while collaborating with bartenders and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume upscale dining is required or preferred.
• Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
• Collaborate with team members, bartenders, kitchen staff, and servers for seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
• Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Uphold the standards of service and hospitality in a fine dining environment
