Job summary

Arnie's Restaurant at Blue Bell Country Club is seeking a qualified server for full-time employment in an upscale hospitality environment. Must be 18+, have or obtain RAMP certification, and possess at least one year of upscale dining experience.

The role offers a full benefits package, flexible shifts, and a Tuesday-Sunday work schedule. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus an additional 5% commission on sales, with expectations of professional appearance and exceptional

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be RAMP certified or willing to obtain RAMP certification for employment
• A minimum of one year of a la carte serving experience; preferably in a private country club setting.
• Available to work weekends, day and evening shifts and major holidays.
• Abide by all Laws and company policies that regulate serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Attends and Participates in all training sessions and team meetings.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner.
• Greet guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome.
• Take customer’s food/drink orders while being polite, friendly, and helpful to our members.
• Able to suggest appropriate substitutions, wine pairings, sides, etc.
• Confirm orders accordingly to your assigned section and tables.
• Replenish drinks and wine along with providing coffee/dessert services in a timely manner.
• Cater to the members’ requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an overall superior level of customer service.
• General clean-up (busing of plates, glassware, silverware, etc.)
• Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct.
• Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management.
• Reports to the Restaurant Manager
