Arbor Lodging seeks a friendly and efficient server to join our restaurant team. You will take orders, describe menu items, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience from greeting to payment processing.

Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. This role includes handling payments and maintaining a clean, organized service station throughout shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell and serve food and beverages safely.
• Process guests' bills and payments.
• Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of linen, silverware, and glassware.
• Know the menu and explain ingredients and preparation methods.
• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests and taking orders.
• Assist in cleaning and resetting tables between guests.
• Report tips in compliance with company policy and IRS regulations.
