Job summary

PM New Logo in Delaware is seeking a Server to deliver flawless hospitality in our upscale dining setting. You will guide guests through menu choices, share specials, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and prior serving experience; Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits are required. You’ll work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth in a growing hotel company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior serving experience in upscale dining is preferred.
• Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits are required.
• Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and answer questions regarding menu items, specials and beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, and food shortages in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and maintain the guests dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, remove courses, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
