Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Nashville is seeking friendly servers to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences. You’ll guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate orders.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and prior serving experience in upscale settings. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected; valid Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits are required.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in upscale dining preferred.
• Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and answer questions regarding menu items, specials and beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu choices, specials and menu deviations, and food shortages in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and maintain the guests dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, remove courses, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
