Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred in upscale dining.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests about menu items, specials and beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu, specials, deviations and kitchen shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Deliver items, fulfill guest needs, offer desserts/drinks, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
