Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant, club, or upscale dining environment preferred.
• Food handler/food safety certification.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Present menus, communicate daily specials, and make informed recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Monitor tables throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and pairings.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to deliver smooth, coordinated service.
