Job summary

Benihana - Coral Springs is seeking a dedicated server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-energy, upscale setting. You will guide guests through the Vibe Dining experience, recommend menu items, and ensure accurate orders and timely service.

Ideal candidates have prior serving experience in upscale environments, strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, and are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Join our team and help create memorable dining moments.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale dining
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails and beverage pairings
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and guiding them through the Vibe Dining experience
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with proper presentation
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned by management
• Keep service areas clean and organized throughout shift
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests to encourage return
