Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage service experience.
• Experience in upscale dining, resorts, golf clubs, or country clubs is a plus.
• Professional appearance and hospitality passion.

Responsabilités

• Welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide attentive, personalized food and beverage service throughout the dining experience.
• Present menu offerings, recommend items, and answer questions about selections.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS and coordinate with kitchen for timely service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and service standards in dining areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests, including beverages and accommodations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed.
• Process payments accurately and maintain transaction accountability.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
