Job summary

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm, attentive dining experiences within our Food & Beverage department. This guest-facing role requires a polished, personable individual who loves hospitality and working with members and guests.

You will greet and serve, present menus, suggest pairings, take orders, relay to the kitchen, monitor tables, process payments, and keep dining areas pristine. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Previous serving experience in a restaurant, club, or upscale dining environment preferred.
Food handler/food safety certification.
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
Present menus, communicate daily specials, and make informed recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen
Monitor tables throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, allergens, and pairings
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas before, during, and after service
Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to deliver smooth, coordinated service
