Job summary

Pinyon in Scottsdale, part of Hi Noon Hospitality, is seeking skilled servers to deliver elevated guest experiences in a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired setting. You will guide guests through menu highlights, coordinate with a busy service team, and ensure timely, polished service in a new, opening venue.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Polished, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
• Team-oriented attitude and collaborative service approach.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25–30 pounds as needed.
• Able to carry multiple food/beverage items safely.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu, highlighting flavors, ingredients, and beverage pairings.
• Collaborate in a team-service environment to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using Toast POS.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service stations and dining areas.
• Stay composed and guest-focused during high-volume service periods.
• Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth operations.
