Pinyon in Scottsdale, part of Hi Noon Hospitality, is seeking skilled servers to deliver elevated guest experiences in a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired setting. You will guide guests through menu highlights, coordinate with a busy service team, and ensure timely, polished service in a new, opening venue.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Polished, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
• Team-oriented attitude and collaborative service approach.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25–30 pounds as needed.
• Able to carry multiple food/beverage items safely.

Pinyon, the newest concept from Hi Noon Hospitality, brings the coastal flavors and welcoming spirit of the Mediterranean to Old Town Scottsdale. Just opening in the Fall 2025, the restaurant delivers vibrant, alfresco dining overlooking the park, complete with house‑made pita, open‑flame grilled specialties, seasonal salads, crudos, spreads, and dips inspired by over 20 Mediterranean countries.

As a Server at Pinyon, you are a guide to our guests' experience. You'll deliver genuine hospitality, showcase your knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑service environment.
