Job summary

The ONE GROUP is hiring a Server in Houston to provide exceptional, guest-first service in a high-volume, upscale dining environment. You will guide guests through the Vibe Dining experience, share menu knowledge, and ensure accurate orders and flawless presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a hospitality focus.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned by management.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests, inviting return.
