Job summary

The One Group is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional service in a vibrant, upscale dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale dining, high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of food, wine and cocktails; passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-first mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed menu, specials, and beverage pairings knowledge.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders in the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Keep service areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests, inviting return.
