Job summary

The ONE GROUP in Plano, TX is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. You will guide guests through the Vibe Dining experience with expert menu knowledge and a guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and entering orders, delivering meals, monitoring satisfaction, handling payments, and supporting teammates to maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment preferred
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and guiding them through the Vibe Dining experience
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation and accuracy
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Assist team members to maintain a smooth service flow
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests for their visit while inviting return
