Job summary

The One Group in New York is seeking a Server to join our upscale Vibe Dining team. You will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, upsell beverages, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

You should have prior high-volume serving experience, knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, and a guest-first attitude. Be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale dining preferred.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails required.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide menu, specials, and beverage knowledge.
• Take accurate orders and input into POS.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team to maintain smooth service.
• Perform opening and closing side work.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Process payments and thank guests, inviting return.
