Pinyon, the newest concept from Hi Noon Hospitality, invites you to join our team as a Server in Old Town Scottsdale. You’ll guide guests through a Mediterranean-inspired menu, showcasing knowledge of food, wine, and beverages while delivering warm, genuine hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Polished, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
• Team-oriented attitude and collaborative approach to service.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25–30 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu, highlighting flavors, ingredients, and beverage pairings.
• Collaborate in a team-service environment to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently using Toast POS.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service stations and dining areas.
• Stay composed, efficient, and guest-focused during high-volume service periods.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
