Job summary

The Arizona Biltmore, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Phoenix, is seeking a Spire Bar Server to provide beverage and food service in a friendly, timely manner. You will maintain a clean station, know the menu, and support a premium guest experience.

We require a minimum of two years’ serving experience in a high-volume setting, with preference for upscale dining and hotel/resort backgrounds. Availability for afternoons, evenings, and nights is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of serving experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in upscale/luxury dining environments preferred.
• Hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems (Micros, Agilysis).

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain proper setup of the service station before, during, and after shift.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials.
• Take orders and memorize all drink options; upsell when appropriate.
• Record order details from guests and confirm accuracy.
• Input orders into the POS to inform bartender and kitchen.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Present the check and thank guests, inviting them to return.
