Job summary

The Spire Bar Server at Arizona Biltmore, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Phoenix, invites applications from candidates who thrive in a high-volume, upscale environment. You will serve beverages and food with courteous, timely service, maintain a clean station, and support table turnover.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of bar/restaurant serving experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with POS systems (Micros or Agilysis).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years serving in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in upscale/luxury dining environment preferred.
• Hotel / resort experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take orders and memorize available drinks.
• Upsell items as appropriate.
• Input orders into POS to inform bartender and kitchen.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Present the check and invite them to return.
