Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a McArthur's Server Assistant at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix to assist servers, set and clear dining tables, stock stations, and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The role requires prior food & beverage or customer service experience, preferably in luxury dining. A Maricopa Food Handlers Card is required. This is a full-time position with a shift schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Prior luxury/upscale dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting and clearing dining tables, stocking service stations.
• Assisting the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Serving beverages and breads as needed.
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Responding to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Following all hotel and department policies and procedures.
• Completing sidework and assisting with other duties as assigned.
