Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dallas is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Food & Beverage team at Little Daisy inside Thompson Dallas. The role is an upscale, fast-paced PM position with opportunities to engage guests and collaborate with Servers and culinary colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale restaurants or hotels is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Servers with timely and attentive guest service.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Deliver water, bread, food, beverages, and other items to guests as directed.
• Assist with table maintenance throughout the meal.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service stations.
• Assist with side work, opening and closing duties, and restaurant setup.
• Communicate guest needs and requests to Servers and other team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, service, and hotel standards.
• Work collaboratively with Servers, culinary colleagues, hosts, and management.
