Job summary

The Stoneleigh in Dallas, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, seeks a dedicated Lions Den server assistant to support the outlet manager and servers. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and assist in delivering guest service with efficient table maintenance.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, stocking stations, serving beverages, and transporting wares for cleaning, with regular attendance and flexibility to perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prep for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Attend regularly and perform additional duties as assigned.
