You will manage front desk operations, coordinate client scheduling, execute retail sales, and ensure the shop remains clean, orderly, and highly presentable from entry to checkout.

The role emphasizes warm client interactions, efficient appointment flow with the Zenoti system, and polished presentation.

Qualifications

• Front desk hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, check-in, offer beverages, and manage arrivals.
• Answer calls and texts, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
• Process payments and upsell retail products at the front desk.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk, lobby, and retail displays.
• Assist with inventory and restock beverages and supplies.
