Job summary

Tune Up "The Manly Salon" in Gainesville, GA seeks a professional Salon Host to welcome guests, manage front desk operations, and drive a premium grooming experience from check-in to checkout.

Responsibilities include scheduling, POS transactions, upselling products, and maintaining a spotless, inviting reception area. Prior hospitality or salon reception experience is a plus, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Technical skill: Zenoti scheduling and POS experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal, friendly, and professional communication.
• Ability to multitask in a busy front desk environment.
• Willingness to perform light cleaning duties during shifts.
• Hospitality or salon reception experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in, offering beverages.
• Answer calls and text messages promptly and professionally.
• Book and reschedule appointments using Zenoti.
• Coordinate daily flow of appointments and minimize wait times.
• Process payments accurately via POS.
• Promote and sell retail hair and grooming products.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and retail displays.
• Restock supplies and ensure premium presentation.
