Boardroom Salon for Men in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for the Avalon location. This hourly role starts at $15/hour, plus retail and membership commissions, with opportunities for growth within a client-focused team.

You will manage appointments, greet clients, answer calls, and process payments using our POS system. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience and a professional, upbeat attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize our POS system accurately to check in and out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments, and manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
