Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Operate POS accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Open/close shops and manage lighting and store layout per guidelines.
• Restock merchandise and maintain shop cleanliness and appearance.
• Develop knowledge of merchandise to upsell and cross-sell.
• Assist with restocking and support leadership as needed.
• Follow phone/radio etiquette and professional conduct.
• Work with minimal supervision and support team to meet sales goals.
