Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors staff performance, development, and scheduling to ensure guest service excellence.
• Motivates staff through praise, recognition, and leading by example.
• Maintains product knowledge and merchandise availability; orders and monitors inventory.
• Manages opening and closing procedures and storefront cleanliness/organization.
• Ensures adequate staffing to move guests quickly and improve sales and satisfaction.
• Contributes to hiring, coaching, and ongoing training.
• Handles escalated guest service recovery issues.
