Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house teams across restaurant, bar, and room service operations.
• Open and close shifts according to SOPs and checklists.
• Train and enforce service standards using menus, tools, and resources.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environments and report hazards.
• Monitor staffing and adjust coverage and overtime as needed.
• Conduct daily tastings and menu classes to maintain product knowledge.
• Empower staff to resolve guest concerns and deliver hospitality.
• Participate in meetings and team development activities.
• Coordinate with departments to manage bookings and events.
• Assist guest service during peak hours, including seating and service support.
• Oversee side work and ensure stations are reset per SOPs.
• Handle repairs and maintenance requests through proper channels.
