Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ Mason Street Grill in downtown Milwaukee is hiring servers who deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will take orders, know menu and wine options, and build rapport with guests while maintaining high standards of service. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected; prior serving experience is preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.


• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktail features to make recommendations and answer guest questions.


• Accurately take and enter guest orders while ensuring timely and efficient service throughout the dining experience.


• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs, responding promptly to requests, and resolving concerns professionally.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections while following all company, health, and safety standards.
